Privacy and data retention

This development and controlled-pilot service stores only the data required to operate customer accounts, secure orders, EUR balance history, reports and support communication.

Data stored for your account

• Account identity, licence, module access and password hash.
• Coding and File Service order details, uploaded files, delivery files and order messages.
• EUR balance transactions, notifications and security audit events.
• Saved Dyno reports and explicitly consented anonymised CSV-format diagnostics.

Retention

Active account and order data is retained while the service is being provided. Financial ledger and security records may need to be retained after an account closes. Uploaded order files are not published and are available only to the owning account and PONTO administrators.

Your controls

A signed-in customer can download an account-data export and submit a deletion request from Account and access. A deletion request is reviewed before removal so financial, dispute and legal retention requirements are not accidentally violated.

Production requirement

Before a public launch, PONTO must publish the final legal entity, contact address, exact retention periods, payment-provider processing terms and the jurisdiction-specific privacy policy.
